I received my PTO from PGE on February 14th and I have yet to receive my first NEM bill from PGE. My PGE online account makes no mention of solar or NEM. I have called PGE monthly for the last 4+ months and they say my account notes I am on solar and everything looks good. It's just a delay from the billing department.
Have others experienced this long between PTO and NEM starting?
