Pine Needles on Model 3

I noticed that it's easier for pine needles to get past the window guides than some other cars. It seems the guides are not as tight against the side windows. Can this be a problem if pine needles accumulate into the door?

Eventually they will start to trap moisture that gets past the window guides and cause rust.
