Plaid Hard Launches at Low Temperature

I recently just got a MS Plaid and enjoying every moment of driving it. Since it is winter time, I'm wondering what is the lowest temperature that you've hard launched from 0 assuming dry road and sunny without feeling like it's squirrelly or losing traction. I've tried it at 55F degrees and it seemed to be perfectly stable but haven't tried any lower.
19" OEM summer tires

19" feel pretty solid for launches almost anything (reasonably). There's a reason why most of us use 19" for racing and then 21" just for cosmetics. Any time I'm doing top speed runs, I always prefer to have the 19" as well & use the 21" for DD.

Personally, I'm not a massive fan of Pirelli, but the tesla OEM spec 19" ones are very good tires.
