Plan to Fix Decrease in "Est. Range at 100%" Problem

He didn't say why it only measured voltage at the lower levels. He said the readings are separate for the low and high end of the battery so it is good to let the battery "settle" at both ends so it can take the measurements it needs. Last night it sat at 26% until after midnight when it came time to start charging for a 6am departure. Tonight I said I was going to charge right away so it would sit at 90%. I'm temped to charge up to 5% at a time and see if that does anything but on the other hand, I should just leave it. It drives me crazy that the range goes up and down all over the place and I can't seem to control it.
