Anyone have an idea if this looks like a normal puncture? To me it seems like previous hole was patched. This tire was brand new from Tesla roadside 7mo ago and it just went flat this weekend. I did not hit any curb/pothole or notice any nails. Not sure if it was coincidental but I did put about 30 pounds of cargo in frunk
