Polar Plus Question

Morning all,

I’ve used a local Polar charger a few times and have the 3 months free (plus) that’s gives me a reduced rate on some stalls.
The place I’ve been going to is usually 25pKW but with the plus version it’s reduced to 15p.
I can see the charge details in my online account but no costs, just the place and the KW taken.

I assumed that I would have this taken out on a Direct Debit or something but so far they’ve charged nothing to my cards or bank account.

Is this normal or are they just being extremely nice to me.

My App doesn’t show anything in billing, but I suspect (unless you’re very lucky) you’ll get a monthly consolidated invoice for the charges.

Thank you for the info, are you seeing that PDF on the website or app, I’m not usually lucky so I’m surprised that so far I’ve not been charged.

They only charge you once a month in arrears. You’ll get a pdf and a direct debit when they do

This page shows a summary of the monthly costs you were charged, if you haven’t been charged yet it’ll be empty

I find that there is often several days’ delay between a charge and it showing in the Recharges section of the app. As others have said, you will get a monthly bill.
