Thought of sharing my positive experience at Dartford last week. Have taken in my M3 as there was a small gap on one side of the trunk than the other at the time of delivery. The car has been with the body shop for around 2 weeks while they replace trunk. While collecting noticed a small chip on the rear bumper and pointed it out.
The technician has double-checked the drop in pictures and acknowledged that chip was not there when I gave the car for repair. So they have swapped the rear bumper with a new one under an hour saving me another trip to the SC. Really appreciate the service as it would have been a hassle to wait for another 10 days to collect my car and kids were already missing M3 during the school run
