Powerwall gateway contactor information

I have the gateway connected to the powerwall 2. The system stopped working after a power glitch. The problem is the contactor is not closed and hence the critical loads are not being powered. There is a small switch on the contactor that says 0 in one position and 1 in the other. I have a feeling that I could switch this switch and my critical loads would be powered again. Anyone experience this before?

No, not going to do a manual change yet... they had me do a power cycle. And level 2 support will have my 3rd party installer out, but who knows how long that will take.

Yes, the installer had the phases swapped on the the CTs. After a power outage, the powerwall locked up. He came out and diagnosed it with tech support, and everything has been fine since.
