Powerwall in self_consumption mode but only half from battery

So this morning for the first time I've experienced an issue where the power wall was told (via API) to go into self consumption mode at 7am for my "Peak" time; its been doing this fine for the last few months until this morning it appears is only serving half my power requirements. In the App and directly to the IP of the unit, its reporting 1.7kW from Grid and 1.7kW from Powerwall.

I told it to go to "backup" mode and its charging at 2.3kW rather than the normal 3.3kW.
Back to Self consumption mode and still only doing half my requirement?

Could it be that its cold or something? its currently 7:54am.
It was charging just fine at 4am correctly.
At 6:35am (before my peak time) it did self consume for about 5 mins at 6.3kW as its supposed to (due to a peak spot price).

Any ideas?

Yep; both of the powerwall2, one glows green, other is solid green, support talked me through a second reboot and same thing

Check the 30A breaker to the PW and make sure it is not tripped.

Problem went to tier 3 support who upgraded it to 1.18.0 and this has fixed the issue.
