I ordered 2 PW's to add to my Tesla Solar System back in February 2021 (system was installed 30 days prior). Heard nothing for a year and then was contacted to re-sign the documents and to get my financing arranged. Financing is good to go and now crickets. I really do not want to have to have the financing go stale and sign up again. I understand the supply chain issues, but I had hoped once they contacted me, we would be moving forward. I now cannot even find a customer service phone number to call to ask for status.
Does anyone have a number that I can call and actually speak with someone?
