Started to hear a thrumming noise during charging starting with 1.23 firmware. The sounds are only coming from one of my two units. The sounds go up and down not just a fixed pump sound like the other unit. My neighbor up the street has 3 PW2s and one of his is doing the same thing under hard charging. He called in a service issue and got an upgrade to 1.23 which reduced the issue but did not make it go away. I'm filing my own report today to open a ticket and get on the record.
I suspect it's an issue with air in the cooling system. When my neighbor first identified the issue he got updated from 1.22 to 1.23 and the support tech indicated that the new version did some sort of system venting during the "maintenance" discussed in the software update log for 1.23.
