PPF Priorities in NY

Hi all!

New Model 3 owner in upstate NY. (Snow + Salt/sand)

Ordering mud flaps and considering a little ppf.

Got a quote on rockers (front to back: $400) or rockers + 12" up the doors ($600). Self healing 10 yr warranty. Thoughts on what I should do? Should I look into the front bumper also/instead?

Not looking for a show car, just want to keep it rust free. Thanks for your thoughts!

If you were going to put PPF anywhere first, it would have to be the front bumper. The front "grill" area is a prime bug zapper. Not that PPF will prevent it but it should make it a little easier to clean without worrying about the paint so much.

I ran into this link the other day trying to determine what parts were steel vs aluminum: Tesla Model 3: here's the alloy mix of the Model 3 body
Hopefully this helps you decide where to best use PPF in your case.
