Thanks! I found out the same after much research, in a forum on Tesla's website. Wish they told users what to do, in the Premium Connectivity trial invitation email. There are several posts of people complaining that it's still not working, when it actually is!! I showed my car to customer service at the dealership and even they did not know about the simple controls at the map bottom right, to activate live traffic and satellite maps!! They said it will probably work after another update and are in touch with engineering to get more info. We should expect more from Tesla so far as overall customer experience, imho.
