Probably a dumb MVPA question

Hi guys,

I just got my MVPA loaded into my account yesterday. It has my trade-in noted in an Annex, however the credit wasn't pulled forward to the form. The Trade in Value in Section 5 under "Credits" lists $0.00.

Trade in value applied to purchase (if applicable) $ 0.00 (D)

Is this normal? Will they adjust once they see the trade-in?

The trade in amount should be there. My trade in amount is on my MVPA.
