Purchasing a CPO - 37 point checklist?

I am amazed by the content and the contributions made by the members here.
Firstly, thanks to all - I have spent close to 3Hours on this blog already.

I am in the market for a CPO and looking to buy one this coming week and play the waiting game..

Before I log off - could one of you please help me find the "37 point checklist" that all successful CPO owners are referring to?
