Quebec Tesla Owners (Tax Receipt RL-27)

Hello, my fellow quebec teslalites!!! Just received a RL-27 from the goverment. The amount shown in box B would indicate that it is the amount we received when we purchased the car & we got a "subvention" from the QC govt.

Since I do my own taxes, do you know if this amount needs to be reported? Ufile indicates it's up to me to decide.
