Query on wall charger

I'm in Australia and the electrician has no idea what, in the HPWC install guide, IT or TT-TN mean. Can anyone help - asap!!?

Australia used TT, and has TN−C−S and probably some other TN variants as well.
Do not believe it to be 100% correct as I live in Norway, but trust me when I say that "electrician" is probably highly incompetent.
