Question for those who financed through Tesla....

When I purchased my Model 3, I decided to finance through Tesla primarily due to simplicity. When I picked up the car I signed loan papers with financing though U.S. Bank NA. My delivery specialist asked if I wanted copies of the forms to which I replied "yes". She said she would electronically email them to me which has not happen yet. I have reached out to her again but still have not heard back.

It has now been a month and I haven't seen any information regarding my loan in the mail (i.e. account statement, coupon book, etc.). My question is will U.S. Bank send me any notification in the mail? I don't have any idea when or where my first payment is suppose to be submitted.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I did the same, to go everything smooth I choose what Tesla offered (thru U.S. Bank @3.6%) I picked up 1st week of Sep and I did sign the papers at delivery and they gave a copy of all right away. according to the document it say first payment could be Oct 21st. since then I haven't seen any email or snail mail.

I plan to shop for loan with lower interest and see if I can refinance.
