When using dragstrip mode and doing a launch control, if you press and hold the brake, do you have to mash the throttle or can you slowly press the throttle in while pressing the brake? If you do it slowly, do you get the "both pedals pressed, motor power reduced" error? I do and it makes me hesitant to press all the way as the car is already lurching forward against the brakes.

Remember, this isn't like an old carburetted car - it's totally digital and Drive By Wire. So, the motor controls dictate what power is actually delivered to the motors.

Push the brakes to the floor, and you won't be able to overrun them with drivetrain power.
