Question on Tires Purchased from Tesla

I purchased my last set of Michelin tires from Tesla. Do they rotate and balance at no charge for the life of the tires based on the recommended interval, like Costco does for example?

No they do not. They are not a tire shop nor do they want to be. Unless it’s a Tesla specific part or service I wouldn’t expect that type of service.

Funny that I did ask the service advisor, who no longer works for Tesla, at the time if the rotation/rebalancing would be included and his answer was affirmative.

Those services are included at time of sale. Just not for Life as you inquired.
