range changed while charging

Charged my '22 model 3, long range yesterday to 100% for only the 2nd time in 6 months of service, when I set it at 100%, the readout said I would get 349 miles, disappointing of course, but I was a little late getting it off the charger, say 10 minutes, when I unplugged the car it now said I have 350 miles. If i leave it plugged in will it even go farther?
Does anyone ever get the 358? ( guy at Tesla store said it will get 362)

Did it say "charge complete" before you disconnected? If not, there was still some left to go. It'll read 100% for perhaps an hour or more while still charging at lower and lower rates.

And a few percent(apparently 2-3% for you) capacity loss in six months is not exceptional.

Exactly.

About 4% capacity loss is expected for the first 6 months if charging 70-90% and living in a average climate.
About 2% is hidden if looking at the range loss, as the battery can degrade about 2% before the range start dropping.
