I just bought a 2019 Standard Range Model S with 21” Turbines with staggered tires which I replaced with Niche M239 Rainier 19x8.5 et35 5x120 wheels and non-staggered Michelin Primacy MXM4 tires.

It seems the rear wheel spacing looks off but I want some other opinions. Perhaps I got used to the 21’s and now it just looks strange? Did I buy the wrong offset? Should I lower height or suspension of the car? Do I buy wheel spacers?

Posting before and after pics.

Yes, that’s right. You have outer edge of rim app. 6mm further out and inner edge the same length inside. Your offset is also 5mm inner so hopefully the calipers are not touching the rims... illustrating photo attached (not to scale), but you will see with your eyes. I choose for my summer tyres rims with offset 37

What looks off to you?
The wheel doesn't look deep enough?
Or the wheel diameter too small? Doesn't fill the wheel well.

What size tire and rim did you have prior to the Niche?
What size tires do you have now?

Enter your wheel specs in this page, https://www.willtheyfit.com/ and you will see how it all affects each other.
