Rear driver door won’t open from the outside.

is this just another instance of my trying to learn the Tesla way of opening the rear door or is this an actual problem that will require a trip to the service center?
Can you provide more info on what is, or isn't, happening?
Are the doors unlocked?
Does the handle pivot outward when you press the wider part of it?
If not could it be frozen? Something stuck in it?
If it does pivot does the door move at all?
Does the window retract?
Does it make any noise at all or give any indication that it's doing something?

Did you turn on child safety lock?
Child safety locks should only prevent it from opening from the inside.

Did you get this fixed?

We had this happen to us this week, but with the driver's door. From the outside, we would pull on the handle..at the beginning of the week we had to use a lot of force to open it. Towards the end of the week, it wouldn't open at all. I had to climb in and open it from the inside. I don't know if this is related to the rain we had this week? It stopped raining yesterday, today it's bright and sunny. We parked outside in the sun while we watched a movie. When we came back, the door handle worked as normal again. We had a service appointment lined up, but I'm thinking about cancelling it.
