Rear underside Missing Part?

I took delivery of our M3 LR AWD Sept 11, 2019. I had a flat tire three days later. And took it to a SC a week later to exchange the tire.

This is the only 'work' that has been performed on the car. I am not sure if this part was missing when we picked up the car. There are no scraps or damage to the rear bumper or undercarriage.

Today I was looking for letter I dropped under the rear of the car. I noticed it is missing a plastic cover of some type. I have looked in the "parts catalog" https://epc.tesla.com. But I am not able to find a corresponding part.

Any Ideas?

I would schedule appointment with SC they will probably replace it for free.

Just curious, did the SC replace the flat on the front or back of the car ? It's a good thing you looked under the car and noticed the missing piece ....

Front, Driver's side tire. Maybe they were looking for the "spare tire". LOL.

They say:

"The part you’re needing is a “Model 3 Rr Fascia, Diffuser .”

That's great news. Attached is the part from the Tesla Catalog. I hope it fits. Anyone have a photo of the Model 3 Dual Motor LR AWD covering of the undercarriage from the bumper towards the rear axle?

The part should be available in a week.

Yes, exactly! That's the "part" that's missing on my car. The SC thinks it is this:
"The part you’re needing is a “Model 3 Rr Fascia, Diffuser"

It's definitely not the whole diffuser as the SC has noted. It's just a small cover on the diffuser.
