VIN assigned today! OD was only about 10 days ago. EDD moved up to Nov 12-18 with today’s VIN assignment. Only mild disappointment is that the VIN reveals this is a 2021 model. But, I’m leasing so I’m not too worried about the “older” model year.

I ordered my Y P mid October and estimate showed Nov 5 - Dec 5.

Last week it changed to Dec 21-31 for a day.

Then it changed to Nov 14-20 and I already got my vin assigned. Hoping this is it.

I’m spoiled by the real-time tracking (or at least day-to-day tracking) of UPS and FedEx. Is there anyway for us to see the progress of our cars across the country?

OD of 11/5 for MSM/black no tow. EDD of 12/11 - 12/31. Hoping it gets bumped to next year. I know folks have said you can just decline a VIN or even tell them that you want to take delivery of next year, but I'm starting to wonder if it just makes sense to hold out for a few weeks or even a month... and if the price doesn't go up, just create a new order.

At a certain point I'm thinking I should just shoot for as late as possible next year, ... but before they jack up the price by $5-6k for the MYP, something I swear will happen by the end of 2022. I don't want to pay high $60's for my MYP, but I also think that paying $2k or so more for a car with 4680 cells and any ear/mid-year updates might be worth it.

EDD updated to 12/15-12/31 today after it was 12/27-12/31 since I placed the order on 10/25
