Sell my MYP now before my MX order or wait it out??

So I'm in a dilemma. With the MYP prices dropping, I am tempted to sell off my 22 MYP with 37K now for the $35K offer that expires Friday, and just rent a car from Enterprise until my MX tax edition comes in. My thoughts are that it will also help have the remaining loan paid off before applying for the MX. But my estimated dates are showing Feb 27th-April 23rd, so its really a gamble. Would like some input from y'all and see what you would do. I also need 2 front tires on my MYP that will be another 1K.

MX tax edition

I like that name! Tesla and the EV market are very dynamic. If the value is right and it can sell now, do it. You may not be able to sell tomorrow.

I’m in the same boat. 2022 MYP with 12k miles. My trade offer of $37,700 just expired and I’m waiting for a new offer. My X EDD is Feb-Mar and I know CarMax will pay a lot more than Tesla.

If you have something else to drive, why not sell and lock in the higher price.
