AFAIK, Tesla opposes any sort of solar import tariffs even though they stand to potentially benefit with GF2. Correct?

So it sounds like a split recommendation between tariffs on "completed solar modules" or a cap on the total number of imports. The first is easily circumvented with domestic assembly, the other only creates more urgency. Either way is no big deal, right?

China put a cap on tariffs for solar farms on June 30th. You know what the market response was? They installed 13.5 billion Watts in June. LOL
