I’m about to pul the trigger on wheels. Am going for black, as I want to minimize the number of colors on the car. Thinking of tint and chrome delete as well, so red+black will be the look.

So, do I get gloss back or matte black? Like in these new arachnid-like flow-forged wheels from Tsportline:
TSS Flow Forged Wheels

Am also debating 19 vs. 20 inch, but their 20-inch kit is summer rubber only. I need all-seasons, because California reasons.

I guess the mind-hive is saying less-shiny is the answer. My chrome delete will also be not-the-glossy one.
Here’s my mine with satin chrome delete and matching wheels.

Matte.

Gloss can look plastic, and unless you plan to clean them daily...always dirty.

Matte is subtle, and looks fairly clean with brake dust...just more matte haha.

I always prefer the dark gray/charcoal look vs. pure black.

What is this “brake dust” you speak of? ;-)

Nice Subie BTW! My winter wheels on mine (WRB WRX hatches 09 & 14) were the OZ Allegerita you see in my avatar.
