Refresh/2024 Model X Sub-trunk refrigerator?

Does anyone have experience with Acopower or other brand refrigerators for the model X refresh? I need something reliable for medication. I'm coming from a 2017 six seat model x with a Dometic fridge between the seats in the middle row.

I've seen a few places selling the Acopower/Tesfridge, but no reviews on the one for the Model X.

We've traveled (3,000-mile trip) with a sub-trunk refrigerator (this one) in our Model Y (about to trade our Model 3 for an X). We found that the heat generated while covered was uncomfortably high, so we moved it above the sub-trunk, which worked out much better. You can keep the sub-trunk cover open, but it's still pretty hot down there, and the heat doesn't dissipate well. We didn't want to overtax the electronics or make the fridge system work harder than it was designed to work.
