Refresh S Frunk information

I noticed my refresh S came back from the service center missing the tow hook, light, release assembly in the frunk. I don't use the frunk, so I don't know about it a month after serviced when I washed the car. The question is: Is the frunk lined with felt type of material on top of the plastic or just the bare plastic? Thanks for checking.

The light and inside frunk release are probably hanging behind the tub when they forgot to reattach them when putting the tub back in. Tow hook certainly should never have been removed from the tub.
