So I have been given the run around by SC's over fixing a problem with my car.
They keep throwing parts at it, SELLING me the parts, and then after I complain loud enough that they sold me parts I don't need, they finally agree to refund me.
About $1,000.
Including charging me $200 deductibles every time I go in for the same problem.
They told me to expect refund check to arrive within 4-6 weeks. It's 14 weeks and counting and I just realized the time this weekend.
What to do?
Already emailed the service manager.
Curious how many ppl here who've been "awarded" a refund, how long it took to get it?
