Regenerative braking not working

Before I make a 4 hour drive to a service center I’d like to see if anyone has had problems with regenerative braking not working. 2018 Model 3 LR RWD, 52,000 miles. All the settings are correct, battery below 90% and 70F temps. At low speeds under 20mph the regen will work SOMETIMES but never at cruising speeds. Let my foot off the pedal at 55mph and it just coasts. This is killing my battery efficiency. Anyone experienced this? What was the problem?

Check the service menu for errors.

And/or submit a ticket to Tesla and see if they can see anything in the logs.

I believe I read that wheel sensors can cause probems like this.

What about closer to 70% charge? Or when it's 70+ degrees?
