So far, this has happened to me twice. I turn on the air conditioning remotely using the iOS app. When I get to my car, the fans are blowing, but the AC is not on. It’s set to Auto, but the AC button not highlighted and grayed out. When I switch it to manual, I can turn the AC button on, but the compressor is not turning on. The air is blowing warm.
Resetting the car does nothing. Turning off Bluetooth doesn’t work. Resetting the app doesn’t work. The only thing that seemed to work was to leave the car, let it sleep, and come back.
Has this happened to anyone and have you found any solution?
