Remote control of air suspension

How does one control the suspension height on the model S from outside the vehicle? I’ve seen it done on YouTube but can’t find any documentation. Is it from the fob?

There is no option in the app at least on my 2022 S. It may be they installed some third-party software, but I'm not aware of any that can do this. You might contact the Youtuber that you saw this done.
