replacement 12V batteries for 2018 M3: OEM or 3rd party "group 51r" ok?

It appears that they're using different chemistries, so they didn't copy LithiumMoto. LithiumMoto advertise NaMnPoCO cells whereas Ohmmu say they are using NaFeO2. LithiumMoto are certainly throwing shade Ohmmu's way by calling their NaFeO2 chemistry inferior, though ("We use 2nd generation Sodium chemistry NaMnPoCO, beware of other suppliers offering older 1st gen NaFeO2 sodium"). I'm not a chemist or in any way qualified to weigh in on the advantages and disadvantages of those chemistries.
