I bought a set of rims and tyres from a 2022 model 3 to mount on my 2019 model 3.
My hope was a retrofit article from Tesla's service page:
After mounting the wheels on the car I set up a service appointment where I requested mobile service perform correction code 34041400.
I received an estimate of about 9 USD plus taxes.
The mobile service guy took about 10 minutes to change the configuration and test drive the vehicle, confirming that the car reads the tyre pressures.
Below are screenshots from the Tesla app with the summary, and from Tessie with the correct tyre pressures.
Overall super happy, and seems to be an easy solution should you find yourself with a set of wheels that have BLE sensors.
