Does anyone know where to buy the grass roof trim edge material? Mine is damaged slightly and I wanna apply whatever OEM material used. Any advise is highly appreciated

Thanks in advance

Did you find the black material for the glass roof edge? I’m looking for what it is because the glass is intact but only the black material part is damaged. It looks like silicone, but it’s not accurate. I pressed it with a sharp tool, but it’s not completely hard. (model 3 back glass roof)

I did not find it. But after messing around it for some time, I think it is actually not any additional material but the glass itself. Glass edge seems to be smoothed with sand paper. If you look at the picture of mine, it looked like the rounded corner has been sliced off in two different places. I took a fine sand paper and slowly sanded the edge. Here is how mine looks now.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your reply.
I’m glad that your problem is solved.

My case has no problem with glass at all, and the black part under the glass is a problem as you can see in the picture. I’ll work with black silicone and leave a reply photo.
