Roofline door seal pinch a concern?

My fwd seals at one part tend to sort of get pinched under the glass seal. This happens when the door fully closes, as the compression between the door and glass roof causes some of the seal to slip under the roof glass seal. I'm curious if this is a long term concern? There's zero water entry. This car is a 2020 I got used and so I bet the seals have permanently deformed a bit over time. Tried gummy fledge and some gentle massaging to get them to point more up and hopefully prevent getting pushed under the glass seal, but idk.
