No and no.
@Reeler, you are assuming that a specific covered up form in that photo is a Model 3. That is an assumption based on no evidence.
Everything in that photo is an assumption based on no evidence..

AP V1 = one cameraIf you turn the contrast way up on that image, you can see four small triangles on the windscreen.. could that be Quad-Vision for AP V3?? Has to be.
AP V1 = one camera
AP V2 could be two cameras
AP V3 should be only three cameras
Quad-vision has to be AP V4.
Some have posted pics of LED headlights on a Model S charging publically with factory plates. So at least, that change can be expected soon. Not a facelift necessarily, but it does point to a refresh contrary to the naysayers.
Just because Tesla tested a car with LED headlights doesn't mean they will be showing up on cars anytime soon.
I don't expect any noticeable changes on the Model S until at least this fall, if not later. The only exception to that might be some features on the Model X that can be installed on the S with little or no engineering.
The X has all LED headlights. Why wouldn't that show up on the revamped S?
I thought the LED headlight rumors for the Model X were false. I guess I'm wrong. Tesla would have to redesign the light housing for LED headlights for the Model S, which may delay it.
