I believe 2.49 is the floor through Tesla. At the start of the year they were going below that so I tried asking but they told me 2.49 is the best you can do no matter the credit score. I ended up doing a rate match to DCU to get 1.24.

Just happened to stop by my CU for a quote today.
36 months loan, 125% Loan to value...
0.99%. Not missing a digit here!
For longer terms, like 2.2%
I plan to pay cash, then finance after the fact. I could also do a signature loan for about the same rate.

Yes, it should stay there forever. At least mine is still there after 3+ years.
However, remember with Tesla, like Elon said about Service, "The Best communication is no communication"
Should always download and print everything, esp warranty, as it has a habit of changing with time.
I think there is a phone number for account issues, but don't know if it gets answered.
In an alternative universe to Tesla's, the Salesperson would gladly answer the phone and look up your account for the missing info

Just like the car, you have to tap the screen, even in the app..
Update: finally got the BofA offer of full loan amount (vs 15k down through tesla) for 72 months at 1.94% (2.49% through tesla/chase). My question is, I’m 4 days past the 7 day rate match that tesla offers. Do you think Tesla will honor it and if so, do they just match the interest rate or will they give me my 15k back to match the full loan terms? If anyone knows, thanks!

Uhh I wonder if I’m grandfathered in since I initiated purchase before that happened and they confirmed the rate match… we’ll see but sucks I’m technically a few days out of the window.
Update: Got them sending a rebate check for $1800! Was hoping they would match the terms and the rate but I guess not. They also confirmed the rate match program is ending tomorrow. Case closed.
