Has anyone had issues with EV Wheel Direct? I ordered a new set of wheels and what was supposed to be a set of 4 TPMS; however, they charged me $960 for 4 x 4 sets and will not answer the phone or respond to any emails to fix it. Anyone dealt with them and have advice for how to remedy? See screenshot...

How long has it been since you placed your order? I'm assuming it hasn't shipped yet? If they truly won't respond to your calls and emails, call your credit card to dispute the charges. They will ask you how you've tried to communicate with the vendor, and then will call the vendor themselves to arbitrate. That will probably be enough to get your order corrected and excess charges removed.
