Seatbelt cutting into rear seats

From day one I've had a mark where the seat belt has been cutting into the leather on the rear seat, Tesla seem to think this is fine judging from the message they sent me about it, but pretty sure this can only get worse over time. It's fine on the other side. Anyone had any similar problems?
