Seatbelt Issue for Short and Overweight Passengers in 2020 Model X

Hi everyone,

I've been having an issue with the seatbelts in my 2020 Model X. The seatbelts on the passenger side and the rear seats go up to the neck if the passenger is short 5'4" or below. The rear seatbelts cannot be adjusted at all, and even though the front passenger side seatbelt has some adjustment, it still ends up around the neck.

I'm really concerned for my family members who ride with me, as I'm afraid the seatbelts could choke them. Currently, I have them put the belt on and then place the top part behind their back, which is obviously not a safe solution.

I spoke with a Tesla service rep, and he suggested using a seatbelt extender. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any recommendations on how to address this? If an extender is the solution, where can I buy a safe and reliable one?

Thanks in advance for your help!
