Hi! Last night one of the rear seatbelt buckles stopped working. The red button stuck in the unlock position so the seatbelt doesn’t latch. I haven’t been able to free it. Problem is I have two kids, one in a car seat and one in a booster and the Model 3 is our everyday vehicle. I had a pre-existing service appointment for some other things but that’s not for two weeks. I cannot figure out how to get the right attention on this - the cat is theoretically unusable as I can’t get around the kid problem . Any ideas on how to get in touch with someone in service that can help? I can’t find my way through the prompts to get to someone.
