Seating configuration choices for 100% lie flat on Used Teslas?

I am considering purchasing a used model X.

I would like the seats to all fold flat. I've been known to haul bicycles, RC airplanes, and even camp in the car when travelling/fishing on occasion, so I also want it flat flat. What is the minimum model year and seating configurations hat will do what I need?

I really don't need more than two seats. On average, I use the back seat of my car once every 6 months.

You’re looking for any 5-seat Model X, or July 2017 or newer 7-seat Model X. Before that, the 7-seat 2nd row did not fold. All 6-seat 2nd row do not fold.
