Self presenting doors works with Fob but not with iphone

issue i have lately and trying to isolate the problem.

On My Model X the self presenting door no longer works when i approach with my iphone and i'm trying to figure out if it's a phone issue or car issue.
Tried with 2 phones but it does work with the FOB.
I Made sure the setting for Automatic doors is on

Any ideas?

Both phones are on ios 16.2 so maybe ios 16.2 issue

yes, even with the app open...same issue.

ok there is a setting to disable at home is thus setting correct, just guessing to try to help

All settings are correct, Fob works fine and the issue is only with 2 phones i tried which worked fine up to about a week ago.

I believe there was a recent app update that requires proximity permissions on the phone be re-enabled.

I believe there was a recent app update that requires proximity permissions on the phone be re-enabled.

All setting for the app on the phone are on including precise location.
The car does recognize the phone since I can unlock by using the door handle.

As someone already asked, is this issue happening at home or work location? Recent update has disabling at home so the doors didn’t open when you walked by the garage.

I made sure it’s unchecked.
Fob works, phone doesn’t.

i did, four times.
Removed phone key and added back, turned all settings off and back on, did hard reboot by disconnecting the main power...nothing.
Will open service ticket.
