Sentry mode question

Noobie tesla owner and had a couple questions.

1. I noticed I'm seeing sentry mode events but I am not receiving any alerts on my phone for these events. Are you supposed to get phone alerts for all events or just major events?
2. I had an event to review overnight so I tried selecting it to view. The result was a 1 second looping video with no way to exit out of it. It covered my navigation and didn't disappear even after doing a hard reset. I had to unplug my usb device then save a new clip before my dashcam launcher starting working properly. Is this a common issue and any advice on how to avoid this?

2. there is a "delete" "rubbish can " icon that you tap to delete. i get the looping video sometimes when i approach the car and sentry activates but then stops when the car is unlocked.
