Sentry Mode up and running?

just read on the Tesla forum that sentry mode is up and running as of 25th... is that true? Also, is the current security system defaulted to OFF or ON? I thought when doors are locked it automatically turns ON.

Elon recently tweeted that it would be out as a rough beta in 2-3 weeks. So I wouldn't expect it for a couple months at least.

I'm sure it will be in the release notes for whatever update it is included in ... If you haven't seen it mentioned in them then you likely haven't gotten it.
