September 2021 Order Delivery Dates

So what do y’all think? The world is super unpredictable right now, but maybe Giga Texas will come online and start to help knock out the 2021 order backlog by then. That’s not happy news for me; I’m one of the few that wants a Fremont build.

I'm in the same boat as you.

Was 3/22-3/31 then dropped to June and woke up today to 4/25-5/23.

I thought I was counting days and getting ready for a new car and now I'm waiting an extra 60 days.

Hopefully these change and move up. The guy I chatted with last week said he saw no delays and no reason my car wouldn't be here in March but I think we have established they say whatever they want to say and it really doesn't matter as they are probably just making it up on the spot.

Sorry man - almost the same OD and build - was hoping yours would make it.
Fremont - same here! I want a product from a mature line - could care less about 2170 vs 4680 - would rather not be part of the Austin ramp up experience though matrix projector headlights would be nice.

FSD is really being prioritized. A new order of my build has an EDD of Dec 2022. Adding just FSD changes it to May, a full 7 months earlier.

Was 3/25-3/31 thru yesterday. Now its back to 4/29-5/27, where it was week before last. So the possibility of a Fremont build is now probably off the table I would think (I'm S. Fla), which is fine by me.

Well third getting to my EDD and so far still holding at 3/12-3/31. It’s funny how when I first started getting pushed back from jan to February I was upset that I might be an EOQ push delivery, and now I’m praying I stay an EOQ delivery…

MY LR, Gray/White, 5 seats, no FSD, ordered 2 Sept 21 original EDD Jan, changed to 30/31 March 22, then 3 days ago changed to 4 May to 1 Jun.

Today EDD changed to 14 March to 31 March, I would like to be excited but think I shall wait a bit longer.

My EDD changed to August 19 - September 16 for an order date of 9/29/2021. What's really annoying is they assigned me a VIN last October shortly after I ordered, then it disappeared just a few hours later.

Thanks for sharing your builds and EDD info, everyone. I think it's helpful for all of us to be aware of what others are experiencing especially with gas prices continuing to climb.

I have the exact same EDD as you. I'm convinced they're lining some of us up for Giga Texas production. I'm with you, I personally prefer a Fremont build than to be one of the first 4680 cell vehicles produced.
