Service appointment photos

Hi, I'm sure I am missing something really obvious but how do you add photos when you schedule an appointment? I've got the appointment sorted but can't see how to add the photos thanks

I have received nothing from the website after submitting my initial faults. Sounds like it disappeared into a black hole, much like a couple of requests to orderparts@.... Good job I kept a copy but not sure what to do about logging it again.

no. But a question that I posted via the app does that got me to book an appt. But it only contains info about my question, not my defect list posted via web request help

I booked a service appointment in the app during collection last Sunday as there are a few bits to sort. Next day I received a text with an email address to send any photos etc..
